Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you based?
We are based in Cork and provide our workplace massage therapy services all over Ireland. If in doubt, please call us on (087) 053 5529 or firstname.lastname@example.org
What services do you provide?
We provide on-site workplace massage and conference/event massage on a specially designed therapy chair. Therapists use a combination of massage and acupressure techniques on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and scalp, which relaxes body and mind, and leaves employees feeling energised and recharged.
What qualifications do you have?
Therapists are fully certified and insured with experience in Remedial, Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Holistic, Lymphatic and other massage techniques this allows us to treat the most appropriate techniques for clients with specific conditions. We are a fully registered member of the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) so clients may be able to claim the cost of the massage treatment from their Health Insurance provider.
What is involved and what to expect?
Workplace chair massage is a simple and effective way to reduce stress and boost morale in the workplace environment. The massage is performed on a specially designed chair and lasts 15-20 minutes. You don’t need to undress and the therapist brings everything required to provide your in-office massage treatments.
How much space do you require?
Very little space is required - ideally a small private office or conference room. If there is no such space available, we will set up a privacy partition to create an individual relaxing space for the treatment.
Will I feel tired or lethargic?
No, very much the opposite. You will feel relaxed and recharged, ready to resume work with more energy. Massage relieves the muscle tension and can help with aches and pains. Workplace massage also helps with overall well-being, improved health, focus and creativity.
What happens if I have an injury?
Tell your therapist and they will work in a way that is completely safe for you.
