What is involved and what to expect?

Workplace chair massage is a simple and effective way to reduce stress and boost morale in the workplace environment.  The massage is performed on a specially designed chair and lasts 15-20 minutes. You don’t need to undress and the therapist brings everything required to provide your in-office massage treatments.

How much space do you require?

Very little space is required - ideally a small private office or conference room. If there is no such space available, we will set up a privacy partition to create an individual relaxing space for the treatment.

Will I feel tired or lethargic?

No, very much the opposite. You will feel relaxed and recharged, ready to resume work with more energy. Massage relieves the muscle tension and can help with aches and pains. Workplace massage also helps with overall well-being, improved health, focus and creativity.

What happens if I have an injury?

Tell your therapist and they will work in a way that is completely safe for you.

I’ve just found out I’m pregnant, can I still have a treatment?

Congratulations, what excellent news! Inform your therapist and we can go from there. Our therapists will usually offer treatments from the end of the first trimester or after 12 weeks.

What are your available working hours?

We are available to come to you from Monday to Friday 5 days a week. We provide our services for all shifts, including day and night shifts.

How to book?

Arranging the treatment is very simple - we only need to know time and place. Booking the Workatreat Workplace Massage Therapy could be just one phone call or email away. Contact us here and we will be in touch to discuss the most suitable or specially tailored package for you.

Individual treatment only takes 15-20 minutes and we will ensure there is no disruption to the working environment.
