What should I expect during my first appointment?Your therapist will begin with a short consultation to understand your needs, any medical conditions, and treatment preferences. You will be guided through the process, and your comfort will be prioritised throughout.

Do I need to undress for the massage?This depends on the type of massage. You will only need to undress to the level you're comfortable with, and you will always be properly draped with towels for privacy.

Can I request specific areas to be treated or avoided?Absolutely. Our treatments are fully customised. Let your therapist know your preferences, whether it’s focusing on a problem area or avoiding certain parts of the body.

How long are the massage sessions?We offer sessions in a range of durations to suit your schedule and needs: 30 minutes (targeted treatment) 60 minutes (standard full treatment) 90 minutes (extended session) 140 minutes (ultimate relaxation and recovery)

Can I claim with my health insurance?Yes, our therapists are members of the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA), so you may be eligible to claim back part of your treatment cost, depending on your health insurance provider and plan.

How do I pay?We accept cash, card, or online payment at the time of booking or after your session. Receipts can be provided upon request.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

What services do you offer?We provide on-site workplace massage and event massage using specially designed therapy chairs. Our treatments combine massage and acupressure techniques on the back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, and scalp - leaving employees relaxed, refreshed, and energised.

What qualifications do your therapists have?Our therapists are fully certified, insured, and experienced in various modalities including Remedial, Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Holistic, and Lymphatic massage. We are proud members of the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA). Clients may be eligible to claim reimbursement through their health insurance provider.

What is involved and what should we expect?Workplace massage is simple, effective, and highly beneficial. Each session lasts 15–20 minutes and is performed fully clothed on a specialised chair. Our therapists bring everything needed and set up quickly with minimal disruption.

How much space is required?We require very little space - ideally a small office or conference room. If not available, we can set up a privacy partition to ensure a relaxing environment.

Will I feel tired after the massage?No. Quite the opposite - you’ll feel relaxed, recharged, and ready to return to work with better focus and energy. Massage reduces tension, supports physical well-being, and promotes mental clarity.

What if I have an injury?Please inform your therapist before your session. They will adapt the treatment to ensure it’s safe and beneficial for you.

I’m pregnant - can I still have a massage?Congratulations! Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe massage treatments typically from 12 weeks onward. Let your therapist know in advance.

When are you available?We operate Thursday to Friday, offering massage services across all shifts, including day and night.

All of our therapists are: Certified and professionally insured Members of the Irish Massage Therapists Association (IMTA) Experienced in a wide range of techniques, including Remedial, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, and more We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for both your team and your organisation.

How much does it cost?Prices typically start at €20 - €23 per person, depending on group size, frequency, and location.

What affects the pricing?We aim to provide the best service to companies big and small in the most cost efficient way. Every company is different and we will work with you to determine the most suitable package. Can employees contribute to the cost?Yes. Some companies fully cover the cost, while others offer partial subsidies with employee contributions. We’re happy to advise on suitable options.

How is payment handled?Payments are typically settled on a monthly basis. Details can be discussed and agreed upon during booking.

Do we need a contract?No contract is required. You can book a once-off session or arrange regular visits—weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.—with the flexibility to cancel anytime.

What’s your cancellation policy?We kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days’ notice for cancellations. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you at a more suitable time.
